Crystal & Crown Repair

We use the correct lubricant type and viscosity for each component and calibre. Using the wrong oil in a movement is as damaging as using none.

Every piece leaves with a written note of what was done. For restorations, this is the agreed plan updated with the actual outcome of the work.
Owner Data Handled Carefully
Contact and repair records are kept securely. We use them only to manage your repair and communicate with you about it.
Service Warranty
Our service warranty covers the work we've carried out. If a watch isn't performing as it should after leaving us, we want to know.
